We asked professional choir directors, singers and other musicians to test and review ScoreMaestro™ during every step of its design and development to ensure that it does what they really need the application to do. You can purchase and download your selected music scores directly from within ScoreMaestro™ and they become instantly ready for use. If your tablet is lost or damaged, you will be able to download your previously purchased music scores from the same Internet store to your replacement device at no additional charge. As an added bonus, your first music score selection is free!

DYNAMIC PAGING TO FIT YOUR SCREEN

ScoreMaestro™ dynamically resizes your digital music score to fill your tablet’s screen and automatically repaginates the score, so that you always see each page on the screen without scrolling. You can also choose from two different note sizes to adjust the amount of music displayed.

INSTANT ANNOTATION

With ScoreMaestro™, you can annotate your scores with a stylus or your finger as fast as you could using a pencil on paper. You can also erase and redo your markings instantly and you can annotate in three colors. You can set and undo bookmarks as well, to use with repeats and codas.

FULL ANNOTATION MANAGEMENT

ScoreMaestro™ gives you the ability to save your score annotations under a name of your choice, and to create and save as many annotations as you want for each score. You can search for and retrieve your digital scores and personal annotations by Title, Composer, and Annotation Name. You can also back up all your annotations to the Cloud and restore them if they are deleted on your tablet by mistake.

ANNOTATION SHARING ACROSS THE CLOUD

Choir directors can mark up a music score and then share that annotation with all of the choir members across the Cloud, seamlessly from within ScoreMaestro™. Individual musicians can share their annotations in the same way.

Our Company

We are Lyrical Applications LLC, and we developed ScoreMaestro™ to provide musicians with a practical way to use digital music scores in vocal and piano performances. Our four founders include an experienced software developer, a senior project manager, a bank officer, and a classically trained vocal artist with professional performance experience. Lyrical Applications also formed a Musician Review Group, comprising active choir directors and members, to evaluate ScoreMaestro™ in four test rounds and provide us their recommendations for improvements. We believe that our efforts have produced a product that will revolutionize the use of digital music scores in singing.
